<\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cargtr.com\/en\/2021-ford-expedition\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">is one of the most expensive models,<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> it will also be the most capable off-road. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Combined with a 245 hp quad-turbo engine &#8211;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">More powerful than the two available engines\u2014and a beefed up all-wheel drive system\u2014the Badlands has raised suspension and upgraded dampers to handle rough terrain. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ford says it will only build 2,000 units of the First Edition, which will be the most expensive Bronco Sport, but it gets all the good stuff from the Bronco Sport Badlands plus the more luxurious interior and exterior touches from the Outer Banks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Engine, Transmission and Performance<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> Ford Sport runs on the same platform <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cargtr.com\/en\/2021-ford-expedition\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">that underpins the Escape crossover<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , and every model has all-wheel drive. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The base engine is a three-cylinder engine with 181 horsepower and a turbocharged 1.5 liter,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But a 245-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine is also available. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Both are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, but the more powerful engine brings steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters and upgraded cooling components. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Bronco Sport can also tow between 2,000 and 2,200 lbs. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Badlands and First Edition versions pack a variety of exclusive equipment, including a dual-clutch rear-wheel drive unit with a differential lock. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">They also have all-terrain tires mounted on 17-inch wheels,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">and a 1.0-inch suspension lift for more ground clearance, and steadier shock absorbers. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">We drove the Bronco Sport Badlands and noticed its massive steering and assertive handling that made it look like a truck, but not as smooth and firm on the highway. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Its off-road capabilities also exceeded expectations, but just remember that it still had limitations before attempting to tackle the Rubicon track.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">fuel economy<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Environmental Protection Agency estimates that the three-cylinder Bronco Sport will gain 25 mpg city and 28 mpg highway. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Moving to the more powerful four-cylinder version drops those numbers to 21 mpg city and 26 highway. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">When we get the chance to run it on our 75 mph highway for fuel economy,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Which is part of our comprehensive testing system, we can rate real-world mpg.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Interior, comfort and cargo<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Inside, the Bronco Sport has an attractive design and a host of popular features. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The little haute also has a great space and many stylish innovations. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">While its wheelbase is shorter than the Escape, the Baby Bronco has an upright sitting position and just the right amount of legroom in the back seat. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Likewise, its roofline rises from the rear, providing additional headroom and enough luggage volume to fit two mountain bikes. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The cargo hold can also be equipped with a sliding table that doubles as a workspace, a 400-watt inverter, and LED lights built into the inside of the tailgate that provide overhead lighting. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Tailgate features a glass hatch and a built-in bottle opener. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Badlands and First Edition models come with washable, rubberized floors and upholstery that are easy to clean. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Another neat trick is the storage box under the rear seats.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Information, entertainment and contact<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">
