speeds. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">On the test track, the Durango SRT managed a 4.7 second run to 60 mph, just 0.3 seconds behind the similarly double-row Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">From behind the wheel, it&#8217;s easy to feel like a racing champion, even with the whole family on board. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The SUV&#8217;s steering is sharp and continuous, and the stiff suspension does a commendable job of concealing the Durango SRT&#8217;s weight and high center of gravity. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">On rough terrain, the ride is far from soft-cushioned, which is a trade-off for the performance-focused setup; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The most aggressive track mode feels completely punishing on all but the softest surfaces. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But at least a Durango SRT can tow 8,700 pounds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\r\n<h2><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">fuel economy<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Fuel-sipping is nothing but the forte of the Durango SRT, and the 6.4-liter V-8 ponies are as thirsty in the Durango as they are in the Grand Cherokee SRT. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">We wish we could say the SRT brutes redeemed themselves in our real-world testing, but that&#8217;s not the case: They both delivered 18 mpg in our hands.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\r\n<h2><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Interior, comfort and cargo<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cargtr.com\/en\/2021-dodge-durango-srt-hellcat\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">That means the SRT is as spacious and family-friendly<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> as the regular Durango but features standard leather sports seats, second-row captain&#8217;s chairs and a flat-bottom steering wheel with paddle shifters. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">First and second row passengers receive heated seats;
