Acura Brief History of the NSX
The NSX’s roots lie in the S2000, a joint venture between Honda and Toyota. The two
companies worked together to produce this high-tech sports car. The NSX
was introduced to the public in 1999 at the North American International Auto Show and was sold in
large quantities over the next 12 years. However, the NSX’s sales performance didn’t match
expectations, and after 7 years in the market the car was discontinued in 2008. The NSX is
back now, though, and we couldn’t be more excited about it. Why the NSX Comes

short list since day one. When Honda introduced the original NSX in 1999, it was a stylish

Setting expectations for the new NSX
There are several things that make the Acura NSX stand out from the competition. It delivers
the right blend of power and style in a sports car-like package. Of course, what happens
to a car’s design plays a big role in how it is driven. It has to be fast while feeling
comfortable and quiet, and the NSX pulls these demands well. The rear end features
a wide deck spoiler and deep diffuser that help give the NSX a sleek, down-to-ear look.
There’s also a large air vent in the lower front bumper, a rapid air diffuser, and a large pair of
outlets for engine noise. These body panels work together to help prevent airflow

What we know so far
Acura unveiled Acura unveiled the new NSX in September 2017 and was recently detected NSX is
coming to the United States. Production begins next year at the Marysville, Ohio plant and
then the first NSXs should arrive in early 2020. The NSX has been significantly changed to
better suit the US market. The engine is a supercharged 3.5-liter V6 that produces
573 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. It is mated to a three-motor hybrid system that
combines a V6, two electric motors and a lithium-ion battery. Combined power
output is a system total of 886 horsepower, which is an increase of 62 horsepower for the
current NSX. Power is sent to all four wheels via a new dual – clutch nine – speed

But the Acura NSX appears to have come straight out of The Fast and the Furious. First, we
ought to point out that it was pronounced without bravado. This is the first road car to be offered
with Acura’s new Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system, which is long to
come. The NSX’s ultra-lightweight body panels and aluminum space frame
are also designed to allow the car to perform high-speed, high-G
cornering with ease, just like the Exotic Acura sports car. However there are also more than 20 active and passive security systems that can be accessed by
customers to adapt to their own preferences. These features include AcuraWatch, AcuraLink

Acura New NSX Type S Design
The new NSX will feature an all-new exterior with LED headlights, aerodynamic bits, a
front spoiler and a diffuser. Two-tone body colors will be available and featured on
the 2019 NSX exterior color palette. However, more lightweight materials will be used to keep the
weight down to 3,330 lb (1,530 kg), while the rear spoiler remains the same. NSX’s 2019
carbon fiber is 60% stiffer than the first generation, while the midsection is 53% stiffer.
Based on the 2019 NSX, the S-Type will have a more aggressive exterior with open-air
ducts, carbon-fiber wheel arches, and a more aggressive front diffuser. The hood
